These terms govern use of Smart Daily Assistant - OmniAssist (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App provides personal reminders, alarms, notes, and life-tracking tools. It does not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
The App may offer an optional monthly Premium subscription (App Store product: premium_monthly).
Payment is processed by Apple. Premium removes ads. The subscription may auto-renew;
cancel under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Billing follows Apple’s rules.
In free use, the App may show app open and, where applicable, interstitial ads via Google AdMob. Personalized ads are not used; only non-personalized (NPA) ads are shown. Premium subscribers do not see ads. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The App, its design, and branding belong to Mehmet Ünal. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
The App is provided “as is”. The developer is not liable for damages from missed reminders or alarms. Use additional safeguards for critical health or safety matters.
