Smart Daily Assistant - OmniAssist (“the App”, display name: My Daily Assistant) is a personal reminder and life assistant app developed by Mehmet Ünal. We respect your privacy.

Summary

The App stores your data only on your device. No account is required; your reminders and module data are not sent to our servers.

Premium subscription (App Store)

The App may offer an optional monthly Premium subscription (product ID: premium_monthly). Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store / StoreKit. We do not see or store your payment card details.

• While Premium is active, ads are not shown.
• Subscription status is stored on your device and managed by Apple’s subscription system.
• Cancel anytime: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Auto-renewal and billing follow Apple’s subscription terms.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

In free use, the App may show Google AdMob app open and, where applicable, interstitial ads. Banner ads are not used.

• The App does not use personalized ads. All ad requests are sent as non-personalized (NPA) without behavior-based targeting.
• No ad tracking (ATT / IDFA) is requested on iOS.
• Google may collect limited device and ad interaction data for ad delivery. See Google Privacy Policy.
• Your in-app reminder, note, and module data is not used for ad profiling or sold.
• Premium subscribers do not see ads.

Data stored on your device

• Profile: Name and language preference entered during setup.
• Reminders & modules: Tasks, notes, alarms, vehicle, finance, debt, income/expense, health, subscriptions, shopping, pets, plants, travel, savings, budgets, habits, and other module data in a local SQLite database.
• Settings: Theme, language, currency, notification preferences, Premium status, and other settings in local storage (Hive).
• PIN lock: Optional 4-digit PIN stored only as a hash on device; the PIN itself is never transmitted.
• Backup / attachments: Exported backups and attached invoice files are under your control; sharing is entirely at your discretion.

Permissions

• Notifications: For reminders, alarms, and digest notifications (optional).
• Biometrics: Face ID or fingerprint to unlock the app; processed by the OS, not shared with the developer.
• Alarms / background: Platform permissions required for system-style alarms.
• Photo library: To pick backup files or attach finance documents (optional).

Data we do not collect

• No location, contacts, camera, or microphone data.
• No email or phone number required.
• No personalized ads or ad tracking (ATT).
• Reminder and module data is not used for ad profiling.

Third-party services

• Google AdMob — advertising (non-personalized; disabled for Premium)
• Apple App Store / Google Play — distribution and in-app purchases / subscriptions

Your in-app personal data (reminders, notes, etc.) is not shared with these services.

Children

The App is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

Data deletion

Uninstall the App or clear app data in device settings to remove all local data. You manage backup files separately. To cancel an App Store subscription use Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

This policy may be updated. The current version is published on this page.
