These terms govern use of Unal Agent, a Visual Studio Code extension by Mehmet Ünal / Maggsoft (Marketplace item maggsoft.unal-agent). By installing or using Unal Agent, you agree to these terms.

What Unal Agent does

Unal Agent is a talk-to-code assistant. It can read files in an open project, propose edits, apply patches after you approve, and run terminal commands according to the permission mode you set. It is not a general chatbot and is intended for software developers.

Your responsibility

• You bring and pay for the language model (your API key or a local runtime). Unal Agent does not sell a model subscription.
• You review file changes and terminal commands before they run when permission mode is Ask (the default).
• You are responsible for the code Unal Agent writes in your workspace and for any use of a third-party model.

No warranty

Unal Agent is provided “as is”. Mehmet Ünal / Maggsoft is not liable for data loss, incorrect edits, or outcomes of commands the agent runs.

Intellectual property

The Unal Agent name, icon, and extension belong to Mehmet Ünal / Maggsoft. Unauthorized redistribution of the packaged extension is prohibited except as the Marketplace license allows.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is published on this page.
